Ben I just wanted to tell you that you make the best smoker on earth. I always get the best compliments on my bbq but, its not me its the smoker. I have a model 60 and its the best but I wish I would have gotten the deluxe. Is there any way you make a bolt on deluxe box to fit my smoker and if you do what would the price be?
Thanks Jason Elms

Mr. Lang, you are a gentleman, an artist and a master barbequeist! My brother and I have a catering business and we bought a Model 84 in January 2010. We’ve cooked boston butt, spare ribs, pork chops, brisket, chicken wings and quarters, turkeys, salmon and catfish. The cooker is AMAZING! It doesn’t skip a beat and looks sharp! Thank you for answering all of my questions and inviting me to your workshop for a tour. After cooking on a Lang, there is no other way to cook meat.
Happy Easter!
Best regards,
Tom Whiston

I am very interested in trailer size smokers, rotisserie, wood-burning and gas/propane on a trailer–new or used. I am in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Thank-you very much, and have a nice day.

Ben,
I was watching Diners, Drive-in’s & Dives and saw one of your cookers. I think it was a Lnag 84 or maybe a 108. I forgot the place where the show took place but it did burn down a couple weeks later. I have been thinking about one of your cookers and had been doing a lot of research that day …. and then that night saw the show and your cooker. Good to see it in action and the pork butts that came off that cooker were awsome. Just wanted to let you know.

Hi there,
I just purchased a Lang 84 Delux with the Charcooker. I think it’s number 1296 so it’s seen some love. I think I’m the 7th owner, but all the owners have been part of the Great Lakes BBQ Assoc. And of course because its been around the block, it could use a little TLC. The fire box and upright have some surface rust. The main chamber is looking faded. What can you tell me about how to make it “look like new”? Is there a doc or fourm posting some place? I cooked on it last night until 1am and just beamed the entire time.
Thanks,
Tom

i’ve never got back to you about how glad i’ve been to have bought one of your smokers (48 patio). having grown up in Vancouver had thought grilling was bbq : ) but since moving to Cayman 13 yrs ago and making many new friends from Texas i soon knew better got your smoker earlier this yr and cooked everything from whole pig to briskets (which even impressed the boys). my favorite now are full slads of beef short ribs. anyway cooks GREAT cleans up easy best thing i’ve ever shipped here !
thanks for the new hobby
